These are so fascinating to view with a microscope as they are the actual Die that 5 different IC's contain. Each Die has various paths and patterns. These completed Die would have had microscopic wires bonded to pads on them which would have electrically connected the Die to pins. The Die would have been encapsulated inside the actual IC to be easily used in millions of electronic devices. The Die are new-unused and you get 5 assorted Die. Each can be studied under a microscope. We used an inexpensive electronic microscope (not included) to show the details of one of the Die. Vial will contain 5 pieces. Vials may differ from each other.
