Learning to solder becomes a thrilling adventure when students get hands-on with this fierce and fun project. Using the latest in PC board routing technology, this kit features a shark-shaped circuit board ready for action.
Students begin by soldering three ādog boneā resistors representing the sharkās gills, followed by three more that form the spine of this powerful ocean scavenger. The build is completed by installing a brilliant red and blue flashing LED (make sure to observe polarity!) to bring the sharkās eye to life.
Once finished, students will not only gain valuable soldering skills but also enjoy a jaw-some sense of accomplishment ā as grand as the Great White itself!
